“Banger” vs “Bagger” —

What’s The Difference?

Not all biscuits are created equal.

Around here, a Banger is the biscuit we’re hunting for — scratch-made, fresh from the oven, golden on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside, and made by somebody who knows their way around flour and buttermilk.

A Bagger? That’s another story.

A Bagger is the premade, packaged, frozen, heat-it-and-serve-it variety. It may technically be a biscuit, but it didn’t earn its way onto the tray the old-fashioned way.

Bustin’ Biscuits isn’t about tearing anybody down. The mission is simple: find the places still making biscuits from scratch, celebrate the people behind them, and give the true Bangers the respect they deserve.

The Banger

Scratch-made. Fresh. Flaky. Buttery. Worth the ride.

The Bagger

Premade. Packaged. Suspiciously uniform. The quest continues.
